Motorent Kissamos is in the scooter and bike/rental industry. Therefore, our task was to develop an online booking system in combination with the tourism/travel aspect that the brand has.

ABOUT CASE

The most important feature of these types of online booking websites is a seamless and consistent User Experience from the listing to the booking form. From the beginning of the development phase, we wanted to minimize the “clicks” needed for a user to find the product of his choice and finalize a booking. On the backend, we used a “quote ordering system” that would notify the brand and handle the closing of a booking via e-mail or phone. A nice design touch that includes the traveling/fun field of the brand is the “Destinations” section, which suggests to the prospective tourist the best places to visit around the area.

CASE GOAL

Create a highly user-friendly, clean & modern online store that would provide an effortless experience to the user, from viewing the products to the final booking. Following the branding guidelines, we included fast functionalities and minimal clicks, making navigation around the website fairly easy.
